Age 80, of Crafton Heights, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Beloved Husband of 55 years to Marcyanne (Okraszewski) Nordick; loving father of Maryanne Nordick-Frediani, Edward A., Jr. (Tinamarie) Nordick and Gregory J. (Kathryn) Nordick; grandfather of Nicholas and Melina (Anthony) Frediani, Kayla, Isabella and Christiana Nordick and Ethan Nordick; great-grandfather of Arden Frediani; son of the late John and Anna Nordick; brother of the late Robert Nordick, Ruth Storolis, Dorothy Keefer, Jack and Richard Nordick. Ed will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. Ed proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Friends received Monday 5-8 p.m., Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. Mass of Christian Burial at the Ascension Worship Site of St. Philip Parish on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial to follow in St. Martin Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
