Age 77, of Kennedy Township, passed peacefully at his home on Friday, May 5, 2017. Beloved Husband of Patricia Roth Slade. Loving Father of Christopher (Elena), Adam, Alicia and Douglas Slade. Grandfather of Sophia, Michael, Tyler, Carson, Brady, Nathan, Gavin, Hayden and Logan. Brother of Regis (Ruth) Schladenhaufen. As per Phil's wishes, there are no visitations. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Philip Church, Crafton on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment is private. Arrangements entrusted to ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC.

Hello. So sorry to hear of Phil's' passing. I worked with him at Davy McKee back in the 80's and 90's and found him great company both at work and socially. I am sure he will be missed by you all. Best Regards
