My most sincere sympathy on the death of Art. I will always be grateful to Art and Alice for their support and friendship at the former Guardian Angels Parish. I will always cherish the City of Pittsburgh citation/recognition that Art arranged for me to receive in City Hall.

My sincere sympathy to the entire Dobbins Family. Art was truly a good man and a faithful member of St. Martin/Guardian Angels parishes.

I still have the certificate of Civic Appreciation which Art so kindly facilitated with City Council. accompanying me on the day of its being awarded to me.

I met Art when we were on the collaborative team at church. He was a great guy and usually said something to make us laugh. We'll miss him. My sympathies to his family.

To Art 's Family,

Art was the HEART and soul of our cardiac rehab class at Ohio Valley Hospital; such dedication and congeniality! On Friday we are dedicating our workout in fond memory of Art.

Art was a wonderful person. He always helped my husband Paul and I with taxes. He was a kind and happy man. My mother Mary Richter knew Alice and Art she always spoke highly of them.
